4.    SPC Card memberships are exclusive to students. Members over the age of 16 must have valid
       student ID (excluding SPC VIP cardholders).
5.    Retailers have the right to seize your SPC Card if the SPC Card is used by someone :
        - Other than the person whose signature appear on the back of the card
        - Who is not a student (excludes VIP Cards)
